Resizing

We are only able to resize rings purchased directly through this website. Please email info@jamiejoseph.com with a photo of your ring, the current size, and the size it needs to be. We will then quote a price for the resize and provide an RA (return authorization#). All sizings must be sent back insured and prepaid (no COD) and must include the RA#. The customer is responsible for the sizing fee and return shipping charge.

In order to properly resize a ring, we will need to know what finger you want it sized for and what size that finger is. In addition, we'd like to know what type of sizing gauge was used to determine the size of your finger. You can go into any traditional jeweler to have your finger measured – just be sure to capture the sizer they use -either or a wide one or a skinny one. This helps us know more precisely how to resize your ring.

Once a ring has been sized it is considered final sale and is no longer eligible for return.
